So busy trying to get people in that someone overlooked treating customers like guests. I am a local and though the food is good, virtually every time i go in, it is under staffed and have to wait too long for service. Tried to call in on a Wednesday to avoid this situation and no one answered the phone for take out. The next day I called to ask if they were closed and was told no, we were too busy to answer their phone. Really? Too busy? Anyone that is too busy needs more wait staff. If you are turning people away you obviously don't need the business. About done with this place. Gonna try Fred's Customer service is needs desperate attention.
